Lily Carlyon

Lily joined Mahlab as the company’s head of communications, PR and social, before establishing our performance marketing team. Today, as our Head of Strategy and Business Development, Lily works across all business units developing integrated strategies that help businesses achieve their objectives. She came to Mahlab from Singapore, where she had held a variety of regional communications roles and now plays a pivotal role in leading our APAC clients. Mum to two mischievous daughters, she is the only woman in Mahlab’s history to confidently rock six-inch heels while heavily pregnant.
