We are looking to hire an Advertising Manager who is passionate about harnessing the power of great content, with the intelligence of digital media properties to deliver effective campaigns for advertisers.

To be successful in this role, you must love sales and hitting targets, and want to be a part of a talented team of individuals who build strong relationships with clients and create quality content, video, events and so much more.

We are looking for hungry, driven personalities who are prepared to go the extra mile to achieve and exceed sales targets. Successful candidates will devise innovative and creative ways for advertisers to engage with these highly targeted audiences.

Key responsibilities:

  • Generate a healthy sales pipeline with new and existing advertisers within your portfolio
  • Hit your sales target by developing creative  campaign recommendations to advertisers
  • As required, working with our in-house editorial and content team, develop custom sales proposals and presentations and present  content-led solutions to advertisers

The person we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in sales, ideally working with content and media
  • A proven sales record and motivation to exceed sales budgets
  • Excellent communication and people management skills including establishing credibility and building effective internal and external working relationships
  • Ability to manage strong existing client base and be self-motivated to develop new business opportunities.
  • A passionate and collaborative attitude

Studio and Ad Sales Coordinator

Responsible for varied administrative tasks and overseeing the office logistics, this role requires an even-tempered person who can multitask and keep smiling under pressure!

Key responsibilities:

In this dual role you are the first face or voice people encounter when they contact us, as well as directly responsible for advertiser communication, day-to-day tracking, and receipt of artwork for numerous print and digital ad campaigns. This includes trafficking, optimisation and reporting of ad campaigns, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly and to deadline.

  • Liaise with advertisers to ensure all print and digital artwork has been received
  • Manage ad inventory
  • Facilitate and manage digital campaigns using Google DFP including uploading and testing of creative material
  • Generate post-campaign reports

Studio responsibilities:

  • Reception duties
  • Office facility management
  • Travel bookings and coordination
  • Overseeing stationery, deliveries, mail and office supplies
  • PA duties for our MD
